These Terms & Conditions apply to all bookings made with JY Holiday Caravans Wales across the following parks:
Happy Days Caravan Park
Lyons Winkups Caravan Park
Oakfield Caravan Park
By making a booking, the lead guest confirms they have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
A £75 deposit is required to secure your booking.
The deposit is taken via our secure booking system (e.g. Swikly or online payment).
The booking is not confirmed until the deposit has been successfully received.
The remaining balance must be paid in full no later than 14 days before arrival.
If the balance is not paid by this time, we reserve the right to cancel the booking and retain the deposit.
The lead guest must be 21 years of age or over.
The lead guest is responsible for all members of the party.
The maximum occupancy must not exceed the berth capacity of the caravan (6 guests).
Bookings for groups of young people, stag/hen parties, or parties are not permitted.
Check-in: from 3:00 PM
Check-out: by 10:00 AM
Early check-in or late check-out may be possible by prior arrangement, subject to availability and additional charges.
All guests must comply with the rules and regulations of the relevant caravan park.
No pets are permitted at Happy Days or Lyons Winkups, in line with park policy.
Pets are allowed at Oakfield only, subject to:
A maximum of one small/medium dog
An additional £25 pet fee
Pets must not be left unattended in the caravan
Pets must be kept on a lead within the park
The caravan must be used for holiday purposes only.
Subletting or transferring bookings is not permitted.
Smoking or vaping inside the caravan is strictly prohibited.
Any evidence of smoking may result in additional cleaning charges.
Guests agree to leave the caravan in the same condition as found:
Caravan to be left clean and tidy
All rubbish to be removed and disposed of in the park’s designated recycling/waste areas
All furniture, equipment, and contents to be returned to their original positions
Dishes washed and put away
Failure to do so may result in additional cleaning charges.
The lead guest is responsible for any damage or loss caused during the stay.
Any breakages or issues must be reported immediately.
We reserve the right to charge for:
Damage
Missing items
Excessive cleaning
Anti-social behaviour
Serious breaches of behaviour may result in immediate termination of the stay without refund.
Deposits are non-refundable.
If cancellation is made more than 14 days before arrival, no further charges apply.
If cancellation is made within 14 days of arrival, the full balance may be retained.
We strongly recommend guests take out holiday cancellation insurance.
We cannot be held liable for cancellations or interruptions due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to:
Severe weather
Park closures
Utility failures
Government restrictions
In such cases, we will endeavour to offer alternative dates where possible.
JY Holiday Caravans Wales accepts no responsibility for:
Personal injury
Loss or damage to personal belongings
Accidents within the caravan or park
Guests stay entirely at their own risk.
All payments are processed securely.
Where Swikly or similar systems are used:
Identity verification may be required
Payment cards may be pre-authorised
Failure to provide valid payment details may result in cancellation
By paying the deposit and confirming your booking, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in full.
